STEPS TO BECOMING A MEMBER AT CFGC

STEP 1: FREE INTRO SESSION WITH A COACH

In this preliminary stage, we find out if we are a good fit for each other. This 20-30
minute consultation is structured to discuss your long-term health and fitness
goals and how our process works to support you in achieving them. You can

STEP 2: 3 INTRODUCTORY SESSION “ASSESSMENT”

Before we know where we’re headed, we must know where we are starting from!
Our process starts with 3 introductory private sessions with one of our
coaches. This allows us to introduce you to some of our movements and determine
your current physical capacity. It also allows for a “test drive” with our training
methodology and fitness philosophy to ensure we are a good fit for each other.

STEP 3: FOUNDATIONS SESSIONS

Everyone who trains with us has different capabilities, needs and goals. The
Foundations sessions are designed to meet you where you’re at and prepare you
to train in our group classes. These personal training sessions are customized to
the individual because we understand that everyone learns best in their own way.
The intention is to be able to confidently and safely integrate into our group classes
and be set up for long-term success.

STEP 4: HYBRID MEMBERSHIPS

Once you graduate from Foundations, our ongoing memberships are structured
for a mix of group classes and on-going individual sessions with your coach.
Training happens predominantly in the class structure. Your 1:1 coaching sessions
are designed to cover personalized programming, new and ongoing movement
training, health and nutrition coaching.
