10,8,6 KB Swings
30 second Bike Sprint (increase pace each set)


Bench Press
3-4 sets of 5 reps

Build to workout weight
Choose a weight that allows you to complete 5 tough unbroken reps every set.
You can add weight during the workout, if able.


Perform a set every 5 minutes for 25 minutes (5 sets)
5 Unbroken Bench Press (1.25 x BW/1 x BW) * 
15 Unbroken KB Swings (32kg/24kg)
30 second Max Calorie Bike Sprint
