Prep

Power Snatch
Set 1: 10 reps w/ empty bar
Sets 2 & 3: 6-8 reps (build to workout weight)

Scale accordingly to light weight that allows you to complete 25 reps in 2-3 sets

Training

3 rounds for time: 
100 Double Unders
25 Toes to Bar
25 Handstand Pushups
25 Power Snatch (75/55)

* There is a 25 minute time cap. Scale accordingly.

Scaling

  • Sub 150 Single Unders

HSPU

  • Scale reps accordingly (max in 2 minutes)
