Warmup

2-3 sets of 50′ push (build to workout weight)

Warmup Rope Climbs

Prep

Bench Press
Set 1: 10 reps w/ empty bar
Set 2: 7 reps w/ warmup weight
Set 3: 5 reps w/ warmup weight
Set 4: 3-5 reps w/ workout weight

Choose a weight that allows you to complete 5-7 TOUGH, unbroken reps every set
If you can perform more than 7 reps for your first 3 sets in the workout, add weight

Training

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of: 
1 Legless Rope Climb + 1 Rope Climb
5-7 Bench Press (as heavy as possible)
100′ Sled Push (Sled + 225#/160#)
