2-3 sets of 6-8 reps

Build to workout weight
Choose weight that allows you to complete 8-10 TOUGH, unbroken reps for entire workout

Training

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of: 
100′ Sandbag Carry (200/150)
10 Strict Chinups
8-10 DB Chest Press – Neutral Grip (as heavy as possible)

Post rounds completed and weight used to comments.

Scaling

  • Scale reps accordingly (max in 1 minute)
  • Sub 3-5 negatives
  • Sub 10 Ring Rows
