Thursday Schedule Reminder

We will be canceling our early morning classes (5am, 6am, 7am).

Our first class will be 9am and we will have a regular schedule the remainder of the day.

10 Overhead Squats
10 Hip Extensions
10 GHD Situps
10 Strict Chinups (scale reps/sub 3-5 neg/15 ring rows)
10 Strict Dips (scale reps/sub 3-5 neg/20-30 sec support hold)


T2B Progression 


SDHP + Push Press
Set 1: 10 reps w/ empty bar
Set 2: 8 reps w/ warmup weight
Set 3: 6 reps w/ workout weight


5 rounds for time: 
12 Toes to Bar
12 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (115/80)
12 Push Press
