Training

In teams of 2, perform 5 sets each of: 
Run 200 meters
100′ Bear Crawl
100′ Sandbag Carry (200/150)

Perform in an “I-go-you-go” fashion

Partner 1 runs 200 meters
Partner 2 runs 200 meters
Partner 1 bear crawls 100′
Partner 2 bear crawls 100′
Partner 1 sandbag carries 100′
Partner 2 sandbag carries 100′

Repeat for 5 total sets each.
