1. Place DB’s on floor
2. Kick out legs to top of pushup
3. Perform a pushup
4. Perform a DB Row with Right Arm
5. Perform a DB Row with Left Arm
6. Kick feet in
7. Stand and perform a Squat Clean Thruster
