10 Bench Press (empty bar)
10 SDHP (set 1 empty bar, set 2 workout weight)
30 second Bike (moderate, fast)


With a partner, rotate through each of the following stations: 

In 8 minutes: 
Each partner builds to a 5 rep max Bench Press

rest 2 minutes

4 alternating sets each of: 
1 minute max Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (75/55)

rest 2 minutes

8 alternating sets each of:
30 second max Calorie Bike sprint

Each station is 8 minutes long.
