8 AbMat Situps
6 Pushups
4 Sandbag Squats (build to workout weight)

Training

With a partner complete 3 rounds for time:
30 KB Swings (24kg/16kg)
25 AbMat Situps
20 Pushups
15 Sandbag Squats (150/100)

* Alternate sets with your partner:
Partner 1 completes 30 KB Swings
Partner 2 completes 30 KB Swings
etc.
