Vitality is a program for 55+ year old individuals who are looking to increase strength, balance, flexibility, coordination and everyday functionality.

The class meets according to the following schedule:

Sunday 9am
Monday/Wednesday 11:30am
Tuesday/Thursday 6:30pm

* Vitality participants also have access to our Rowing classes (Sat 11:30am, Wed 6pm)
