ROWING

Our Rowing class is designed to:

  • Teach and refine proper rowing technique on the Concept 2 Indoor Rower
  • Improve efficiency and aerobic capacity
  • Give athletes a great, low-impact workout!

Class Schedule

  • Wednesday 6pm
  • Saturday 11:30am

Our CrossFit and Vitality memberships include access to our Rowing classes.  Punchcards are also available.
