Nate has built his career around his passion for fitness and optimal health. What started as a personal journey to achieve better daily health, and performance in his athletic pursuits, has led into his role as a coach and teacher for those looking to achieve the same. His joy for educating others on the importance of regular exercise, healthy eating, and basic lifestyle practices, allows him to influence people young and old, from complete beginners to Olympic level athletes.

When Nate was introduced to CrossFit, he found that he was surrounded by so many others who shared a similar priority for better health. Through this community, he has seen countless lives changed and lasting friendships built, all in the name of Fitness.

While his higher education and professional certifications have greatly expanded his knowledge in exercise science and human performance, Nate likes to keep it simple when helping others seek lasting positive change. Steady support, encouragement, accountability, and a smile are what you can expect from Nate.
