Our Gymnasty class is designed to:
- Improve core strength, flexibility, coordination and agility
- Practice and refine fundamental bodyweight mechanics
- Introduce and practice drills and progressions for simple and complex gymnastics elements such as Handstands, Handstand Pushups, Handstand Walks, Pullups, Muscle Ups and more…
- Sunday 11:30am (subject to change)
