Our Gymnasty class is designed to: 

  • Improve core strength, flexibility, coordination and agility
  • Practice and refine fundamental bodyweight mechanics
  • Introduce and practice drills and progressions for simple and complex gymnastics elements such as Handstands, Handstand Pushups, Handstand Walks, Pullups, Muscle Ups and more…
