Our CrossFit Teens program is designed to
- Introduce and drill proper weight training techniques
- Develop strength, agility and coordination
- Improve conditioning and stamina
- Provide a foundation for improved performance in sport
Who is it for?
Athletes 12-15 years of age that are mature enough to be coached in strength training methods and motivated to become better athletes.
- Monday 5pm
- Tuesday 5pm
- Thursday 5pm
- Sunday 9am
Classes are scheduled for 60 minutes and are supervised and instructed by our certified and professional coaches.
