CROSSFIT TEENS AND KIDS

Our CrossFit Teens program is designed to

  • Introduce and drill proper weight training techniques
  • Develop strength, agility and coordination
  • Improve conditioning and stamina
  • Provide a foundation for improved performance in sport

Who is it for?

Athletes 12-16 years of age that are mature enough to be coached in strength training methods and motivated to become better athletes.

Schedule

We run 6-week camps for our Teen athletes throughout the year.  Our next camp will be starting in January 2020.  Please contact us to find out more and stay updated on enrolling your young athletes.

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids was developed in 2004 as a method for teaching CrossFit to children. Based on the principle of Mechanics => Consistency => Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence.

Our CrossFit Kids program here at CrossFit Garden City is designed for children between the ages of 6-11 years old.

All ages: Saturday & Sunday 10:15am-11:00am
