Units will be available for free demonstration, with detailed instruction from the company rep. You can try the warmup programs before class and recovery programs after your workout to get the full experience!

12 Power Cleans
9 Front Squats
6 Push Jerks

Prep

Power Clean + Front Squat + Push Jerk
Set 1: 7 PC + 6 FS + 5 PJ (warmup weight)
Set 2: 6 PC + 5 FS + 4 PJ (warmup weight)
Set 3: 5 PC + 4 FS + 3 PJ (workout weight)

Training

5 rounds for time of: 
12 Power Cleans (155/105)
9 Front Squats
6 Push Jerks
