Today we are combining our 8am & 9am Boot Camp classes with our CrossFit Group Classes.

Workout of the Day

Warmup

Run 200 meters

2 sets: 
10 Wall Balls
8 KB Swings
6 Burpees

+

Run 200 meters

Training

On a 20 minute clock:
Run 1 mile

then, AMRAP in remaining time of:
15 Wall Balls (20/14)
12 KB Swings (24kg/16kg)
9 Burpees

then, at the 20 minute mark:
Run 1 mile

Post results to SugarWOD.
