This Friday we are hosting a Father/Son event for St. Anne's School in Garden City. Our last class of the day will be 4pm and the gym will be closed for the remainder of the night.

Warmup

2 sets: 
Run 200 meters
10 DB Thrusters (build to Part 2 weight)
Kipping Pullup progression

Part 1

Front Squat
Build to a 3RM in 20 minutes

Loading Guidelines: 
Sets 1-4: 40-70%, warmup sets
Sets 5-8: 75-85%+, working sets

Part 2

3 rounds for time: 
Run 400 meters
20 DB Thrusters (50/35)
20 CTB Pullups

Post results to SugarWOD.

Scaling

CTB Pullups

  • Sub Chin Over Bar Pullups (scale reps accordingly)
  • Sub Band Pullups or Jumping CTB Pullups
