Part 1

Power Snatch
Perform 2 reps every 90 seconds for 10 sets

Loading Guidelines: 
Sets 1-2: 60%
Sets 3-4: 65%
Sets 5-6: 70%
Sets 7-8: 75%
Sets 9-10: 80%

Part 2

Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of: 
1,2,3...Power Snatch (95/65)
1,2,3...Burpees w/ lateral hop over bar
