This Friday we are hosting a Father/Son event for St. Anne's School in Garden City. Our last class of the day will be 4pm and the gym will be closed for the remainder of the night.

Warmup

3 sets in 15 minutes: 
10 Overhead Squats
10 Hip Extensions
10 GHD Situps
10 Strict Chinups (scale reps/3-5 neg/15 ring rows)
10 Strict Dips (scale reps/3-5 neg/20-30 sec support hold)

Prep

2 sets: 
30 Double Unders
6-8 Toes to Bar
3-4 Sandbag Squats (determine workout weight)

Training

5 rounds for time: 
75 Double Unders
15 Toes to Bar
15-12-9-6-3 Sandbag Squats (200/150)

Post time to SugarWOD. 

Scaling

Double Unders

  • Scale reps accordingly (max in 1 minute)
  • Sub 100 Single Unders
