In teams of 2, complete 5 alternating sets each of: 
15 DB Deadlifts (50/35# DB each hand)
12 DB Hang Squat Cleans
9 DB Push Press

Partner 1 performs 15 DB Deadlifts
Partner 2 performs 15 DB Deadlifts
Partner 1 performs 12 DB Hang Squat Cleans
Partner 2 performs 12 DB Hang Squat Cleans
Partner 1 performs 9 DB Push Press
Partner 2 performs 9 DB Push Press

Repeat for 5 total sets each
