Run 200 meters
Warmup Farmers Carry 
Prep HS Walk/Wall Climb

Training

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of: 
Run 400 meters
300' Double KB Farmers Carry (32kg/24kg)
50' Handstand Walk
