100' Bear Crawl
100' Sandbag Carry (200/150)

Perform in an "I-go-you-go" fashion

Partner 1 runs 200 meters
Partner 2 runs 200 meters
Partner 1 bear crawls 100'
Partner 2 bear crawls 100'
Partner 1 sandbag carries 100'
Partner 2 sandbag carries 100'

Repeat for 5 total sets each.
