10,8,6 Overhead Squats (start with empty bar and build to weight for Part 2)
Kipping T2B Progression

Part 1

Overhead Squat (31X1 tempo)*
Build to a 3 rep max in 15 minutes

Perform 5-6 sets - 2-3 warmup sets, 2-3 working sets
Take bar out of the rack

* If unable to load Overhead Squats, sub Front Squats

Part 2

27-21-15-9 reps for time:
Toes to Bar
Overhead Squats (95/65)
