Our CFGC Teen Program is designed to

  • Introduce and drill proper weightlifting techniques
  • Develop strength, agility and coordination
  • Improve conditioning and stamina
  • Provide a foundation for improved performance in sport

Who is it for?

Athletes 12-15 years of age that are mature enough to be coached in strength training methods and motivated to become better athletes.

Class Schedule

  • Monday 5pm
  • Tuesday 5pm
  • Thursday 5pm
  • Saturday 9am
  • Sunday 9am

Classes are scheduled for 60 minutes. 

Membership

Unlimited Classes/Month = $150

($125/month for current CFGC members)
